把修改的地方改成红颜色的字，做成PDF，放到Supporting Information for Review Only里面。这样可行？

我就简单回了两句：We have rewrote the offending portions to reduce overlap especially the Simulation Method section. All the modifications in the revised manuscripts were marked in blue.
