I'd like to purchase a pair of CPUs from Taobao, but unfortunately I don't speak Chinese. Can anybody be so nice and tell me about this lot? Worth it? Is the seller reliable?

Commonly saying, the sellers with high reputation and sales amounts are somehow reliable.
But no one can 100% guarantee that the CPUs do work in your working environment - They are mostly second hand CPUs recycled from used servers, some of them are Engineering Samples (ES, can't be correctly identified by hardware tools, have lower stability) and some of them are Qualification Samples (QS, can be identified, stability between ES and Genuine)
The critical point is, once some accident happen, returning them back to the seller might be very troublesome, oversea round-trip express delivery may take 2-12weeks depending on your location.
Honestly, I am willing to buy these bargains mainly because it's convenient to argue with the seller and return goods back (3-7 days in east China). 作者Author: liyuanhe211 时间: 2018-11-19 11:49
Do notice that it says "正显" meaning it's a Qualification Sample (QS). The price is reasonable considering it's a QS 2686 v3.
It's hard to say whether the seller is reliable. I generally do not care about choosing the dealer when I'm buying a QS or ES CPU. You just have to make sure (with the dealer) that you can test the CPU for several days, and you can send it back if there is a problem. (If you are shipping overseas, make sure that the seller is OK with the shipping time, and you may have to pay for the round-trip shipping fee.)
Make sure that you only communicate with the seller via "阿里旺旺" (not via phone, wechat, QQ, etc), so that the log can be accepted as evidence by Taobao. Also make sure that you take a photo (front and back) right after receiving the CPU (and before shipping it back, if you need to).
If there is no problem during testing (for a few days @ 100% usage), the CPU is generally reliable.
It will be much better if you have someone test the CPU for you in mainland China, and ship it to you after it is verified.
One other thing, I'm not sure, will ship CPUs oversea causes problems with the custom?
