标题: 关于cp2k的并行出错
大家好，我从网上直接apt-get获得了cp2k-5.1及相关的数据库，安装了mpich-3.3并做了测试发现mpi本身是没有问题的。
CP2K version 5.1
SVN source code revision svn:18091
cp2kflags: libint fftw3 libxc parallel mpi3 scalapack libderiv_max_am1=5 libint_max_am=6

但是，每次mpirun -np 4 cp2k -i xx.in -o xx.out &之后，都会显示

MPI_ABORT was invoked on rank 0 in communicator MPI_COMM_WORLD
with errorcode 1.

NOTE: invoking MPI_ABORT causes Open MPI to kill all MPI processes.
You may or may not see output from other processes, depending on
exactly when Open MPI kills them.

但是计算仍在继续，估计是只有一个核在跑，其它的不工作。

请问大家，这种不并行的问题应该如何解决？

CP2K有多个并行和串行版本，看看他的INSTALL 和 README，mpirun -np 4 cp2k -i xx.in -o xx.out &中可执行程序是cp2k？看看exe文件下生成的可执行程序是啥再说！

好的，谢谢您。cp2k是可执行程序，如果命令中不加mpirun就可以算。

如果你指的是这个 https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/18.04/ub ... .1-3_amd64.deb.html
那你需要的是 openmpi 而不是 mpich 吧

我一开始装的是openmpi，但是在安装的最后出问题了，一个叫f08.mod的文件缺失，后来无奈才装mpich。我换一个openmpi版本试试

楼主问题解决了吗？我也有类似情况，就是显示很多核在运行，但是其实是单核运行，也没有报错，就卡在那里~
