3 //Show isosurface of hole and electron distribution simultaneously 可以显示出手册中两种颜色效果，是否可以输出cube显示同样颜色效果，我尝试了12 Output cube file of overlap of hole-electron to current folder，只有单色显示。

你把hole和electron的格点数据都分别导出为cube文件后，在VMD里显示等值面时颜色可以随便选择。
不应该选择12，这是hole和electron的重叠部分的格点数据，而不是二者各自的。作者Author: 小苹果 时间: 2014-10-28 20:34
