请各位前辈指教，具体命令如下：gmx distance -s md_0_10.tpr -f md_0_10_center.xtc -select 'resname JZ4 and name OAB plus resid 102 and name OE1' -oall
错误提示如下：

看具体怎么定义距离。
最近距离、最远距离、质心距离、几何中心距离、侧链质心距离...都叫距离

sobereva老师您好，如果是计算出来蛋白质某氨基酸与配体小分子的质心距离平均值比氢键的距离还近，这个数据正常吗？
