标题: 高斯newzmat命令转化格式出错

用高斯自带的命令newzmat将pdb格式的文件转化为高斯输入文件com格式过程中，总是报错，转化得到的文件为空，请问大家这有可能是什么原因导致的，如何解决，谢谢
使用命令 newzmat -ipdb -ocart input output

本来这个功能就很不好用，还有bug
不如载入Multiwfn，通过主功能100的子功能2来转换成gjf
