标题: 使用freq=(ReadFC,HinderedRotor)计算TS的问题 [打印本页] 作者Author: nuyy 时间: 2015-8-8 05:33 标题: 使用freq=(ReadFC,HinderedRotor)计算TS的问题 大家好！最近我用高斯计算反应动力学参数发现指前因子比实验值大约小了一个数量级，于是想用Hindered Rotor去处理低频试图改善计算结果。
高斯里的Freq=HinderedRotor命令可以自动处理小于200 wave number的低频，用在反应物上发现是好用的。但是用在TS上，总是报错，先报告One-to-one correspondance not acheived； Constrained mode 5 likely source of the problem；之后程序把Number of internal rotation degrees of freedom减少了一，又报错Problem with the number of degrees of freedom。具体文件见附件，包括优化TS和频率计算的.chk和.log文件，以及用HinderedRotor处理的*HR.log文件。
