To generate a mass flow inside the capillary, a moving potential wall was created by generating a
strong short-ranged repulsive force. The moving potential wall is based on a modified (9−3) inverse power function41,42and defined as follow:

The lj93, lj126, colloid, harmonic, and morse styles all allow the flat walls to move with a constant velocity, or oscillate in time.
