标题: ELF isosurface slice problem
Hi everyone,
I performed an ELF analysis of diazomethane molecule, and when i visualized the isosurface using Pymol software, i get i sliced isosurface (attached image).
How can isolve this situation, and see the whole isosurface ?

I never use Pymol to plot this kind of map, use ChimeraX instead:
