请教一个关于双光子吸收的跃迁矩阵元计算问题：

这篇文献应该是矩阵元的出处但是没有明确说是否包含基态的问题，大家可以帮忙看一下

顺便一提，DFT的quadratic response对于双电子激发特征明显的体系不适用。
