标题: CPU频率达不到最高频率
Ubuntu Server 14.04.1系统下，已经设置了Governor为Performance，查看CPU频率时，仍然不是最高频率（最高Turbo 3.8 GHz，实际为3.5）。有办法解决吗？

上限3.8是指单核满载时Turbo boost的最高频率。
多核运行时TB技术提升频率的上限会比那个值低一些。
原因之一是因为多核运行发热量远比单核要大，所以多核时不会拉到那么高。
另外，当温度过高时，升频幅度也会有所降低。
