标题: 求助回答审稿人的关于物质合成的提问

审稿人问：The authors should describe in the text why the proposed compounds 2 and 3 can be synthesized. The absence of imaginary frequency modes is not sufficient to be sure the proposed compound can be synthesized. What arguments take place in favor of their existence? 我投稿的论文中化合物2和3是被设计的化合物，对其主要进行的是理论计算。麻烦问一下我该如何回答审稿人的这个问题呢？谢谢！

这个基本不是计算化学能解决的问题了，需要用实验的那一套流程去解答，也就是查阅文献看有没有文献合成过类似的分子，最好能给出一个粗略的proposal，通过什么合成路线能合成这些分子
