标题: Amber14并行版本编译问题

按照sob老师提供的方法，AmberTool14串行版本可以编译成功。但在编译并行版本时出现以下错误：

$ ./configure -noX11 -mpi gnu
...
testing [C++ / fortran] cross-compile with MPI libsError! Unable to compile F90 code with the command:
mpif90 -c testF90_main.F90
Configure failed due to the errors above!

似乎是提示不能编译F90代码。但是我已经安装了gnu的fortran编译器gfortran。

为何会出现这个问题？

你没有安装 mpif90，就是并行版的编译器如openmpi等
