It can be, yeah, I just find gromacs have its own command to get the data, gmx mdmat - Calculate residue contact maps

thanks, gmx mdmat produce what kind of file to make map
and I can make the contact map by import the .gro file into VMD ,but the print file is .ps,
so,I want to ask what method to convert .ps to png

可以试试这个，不过我没用过
