Also, please note that ECM covers a wide range of general subjects and sub-subjects. The journal is not specialized in the subject of your submission only but we are supposed to give a balanced and fair share to all covered subjects. Currently, the journal is overloaded with submissions in the subject of your paper. Your paper is better to be submitted to a more specialized Elsevier Journal. A suitable journal can be found among your references. As a result, we decided to return your submission without review processing.
