标题: orca计算BSSE提示Error in GatherLocalContainers错误
新手一个,计算AG金属和芳烃配合物的结合能一共42个原子LINUX界面显示:

算这个的时候提示内存不够,光是这个文件夹就占了22.4G,是内存太小的原因嘛。求求各位大神帮忙看看这到底是什么原因呢。

硬盘或内存不足。
用def2-QZVPP这么大基组,一般不需要考虑BSSE了,BSSE误差比你PWPB95泛函的误差可能都要小好多。
再者,def2-QZVPP应该有标配的辅助基组,只要有标配的辅助基组就不要用autoaux,autoaux计算量大且容易有基组线性相关问题

好的,谢谢老师!!我再用DEF2-QZVPP试一次,我看论坛卢老师分享的文章里面是这样用的,
!RI-PWPB95 D3 def2-QZVPP def2/JK def2-QZVPP/C RIJK grid4 tightscf nopop pal4
我也把辅助基组改成def2/JK和def2-QZVPP/C可以吗?
然后按您说的没必要用4-zeta基组的话,可以改成def2-tzvpp吗?
