这两位应该是新科编辑，看着有些陌生。只对第一位大概了解一点。

写的东西是比较普遍的规则，应该是导师教给学生的，新入行的同仁可以看看。

Although it would be nice to get your manuscript reviewed by a Nobel Laureate, a member of the National Academy, a Dean of Science, or an Editor of a journal, these people are often busy with other scientific or administrative duties and may not have time to review your manuscript. Consider the likely ability of an individual to provide a review in a timely fashion.
