标题: 求助OT板块中的Rotation关键词在什么情况下用
想问下各位老师在CP2K输入文件中，OT板块中的Rotation关键词在什么情况下用。手册里面解释的是“Introduce additional variables so that rotations of the occupied subspace are allowed as well, only needed for cases where the energy is not invariant under a rotation of the occupied subspace such as non-singlet restricted calculations or fractional occupations.”我不是很理解里面的“非单重限制计算”是什么意思，是指自旋多重度非“1”的情况吗？求老师解答，无比感谢~

non-singlet restricted calculations大抵是指ROKS形式计算自旋多重度大于1的情况

这个设置我不十分清楚，但大意应该是控制OT过程中是否允许占据轨道之间混合，对于non-singlet restricted calculations or fractional occupations这种情况占据轨道间的混合也会影响能量（而对于RKS算整数占据的单重态的情况，占据轨道间的混合不影响能量，因此这个选项也就没意义）。对于算non-singlet restricted calculations or fractional occupations的情况，如果出现OT收敛困难，或许可以启用试试。
