标题: 求助：JPCL转投JPCC，提交选项的问题
老师好，投稿JPCL，编辑让转投JPC，有一项是图片中的选择，应该选yes还是no呢？
咨询过其他人，众说纷纭。

补充下：没送审，编辑直接说投稿数量超过了要发表的数量，然后系统就出现了一个transfer的通道

直接transfer就行了，哪有那些乱七八糟的选项

这个选项的意思是如果以前有JPC系列的别的编辑处理过这个稿件的话，那你这次投稿的责编会去咨询那个编辑的意见，如果有审稿意见的话这回的编辑也会作参考。理解这个意思你就可以自己判断选Yes或者选No了

We now receive many more papers than we can publish and therefore need to be highly selective. I consulted one of our executive editors, and we think that this work is a potentially a good fit for The Journal of Physical Chemistry and therefore encourage transfer accordingly.

除非把握特别大，每年年末最好不要投JPCL，去年年末投了篇，送审了，两个审稿人都给了Major Revision，然后编辑也以投稿量过多直接拒了。
