标题: 为什么ACPYPE给的bond_type项都是0？ [打印本页]

标题: 为什么ACPYPE给的bond_type项都是0？
请问为什么我用./acpype -i nh4.mol2 -c user -n 0 bond_type里面都是0呢，但是我看培训里都是有数值的

额我好像知道为什么了。。想问一下这个有什么用吗，删除掉；以后的qtot 和bond_type也没什么问题吧

分号后面的是注释，随便删
