标题: 求助关于AutoDock蛋白中非键原子加电荷的问题

请问各位老师，我的蛋白质中有一个CL原子，我在对接的时候把蛋白加氢、选为受体，弹出提示说CL原子没有电荷。然后我打开蛋白受体的pdbqt文件，找到了不含电荷的CL，

请问老师，我该如何给这个元素添加电荷呢？

！如果这个CL原子参与反应，该如何添加电荷呢？我想问的是这一类的问题，这个CL也可能是别的金属原子，比如Ni原子。我在官网上找到说是手动在pdbqt文件中添加电荷，但是没说怎么添加

你都找到电荷在哪里了直接写-1不就好了

Just open the pdbqt file with a text editor (e.g. notepad) and modify the charge column.

usually the missing charge is on the ions, e.g. Zn, Fe, Cl... that we may use their charge directly. e.g. 2 for Fe2+, 3 for Fe3+...
