标题: ICSS文章中使用高斯的部分由win10提交到Linux服务器时候不知道该怎么写运行脚本 [打印本页]

标题: ICSS文章中使用高斯的部分由win10提交到Linux服务器时候不知道该怎么写运行脚本
求助！我们这边的高斯是在服务器中的Linux系统中的，需要通过win10的LICO系统提交任务，但提交任务时需要编写运行脚本，我不知道该怎么结合icss文中提到的example文件夹中Linux系统的批处理文件使multiwfn中输出的17个gjf文件进行计算并且输出out文件，我试着按照直觉写了一下，但是输出的out文件一看文件大小就不对劲，打开之后还有error字样我写的运行脚本如下

在第一个和第二个out文件中出现了如下字符

实话实说，我完全没学过编程，我一直把软件当成黑匣子用，这句话我翻译了一下，使用%mem=128MW提供完成此步骤所需的最小内存量，请问这是啥意思呢？问题出在哪呢？

在输入文件中用%mem=xxxGB来设定所要使用的内存；比如%mem=64GB 代表把64GB内存分配给这个任务

请问要加在第几行呢？一般可以设定多少运存呢？我这边在系统中提交任务时候只能选择用几个节点多少个核来计算，所以我这边输入文件中有%nprocshared=40，这个不能设定运存吗？

把下文仔细看了，搞明白Gaussian的Default.Route是干嘛的、在哪里设默认的内存使用量
