师兄您好!
最近我使用Gaussian进行tddft对某两个镜像对称物质计算,
#p td=(full, nstates=10) cam-b3lyp/genecp em=gd3bj geom=checkpoint maxdisk=100GB density Integral=(FineGrid,Acc2E=10) nosymm
发现输出的结果:(以R-MeN8-EuI2tddft.log为例)

按照Rotatory Strengths(length)的计算公式
R=|μ||m|cosθ θ为电跃迁偶极和磁跃迁偶极的夹角
可以计算:
> e=c(0.0084,0.0002,0.0132)
> m=c(-0.1599,0.1211,0.0549)
> sum(e*m)/(sqrt(sum(e*e))*sqrt(sum(m*m)))
[1] -0.1826233
说明cosθ=-0.1826233, 可以计算出R= -0.1404 in cgs (10**-40 erg-esu-cm/Gauss)
刚好与打印出的结果相反,我不清楚是否是由于单位转换时存在符号变换还是Gaussian在计算中有无特殊处理,非常希望能得到及时回复!
