使用CP2K计算相同类型键的键长,改变程度多大可以粗略看作键增强,进一步判断用什....
请问各位老师,我使用了CP2K计算相同类型键的键长,并且用了Multiwfn中的IGMH分析,结果是两个片段之间形成了化学键。那么键长改变程度多大可以粗略看作键增强(我的改变了1%),用CP2K的输出文件进一步判断键能的改变应该用什么方法呢?

我不清楚你是指因为什么而改变了键强
如果是替换了第一张图右下角的一个原子的元素,当前键长改变可以说明键强度变化,但前提是几何优化收敛限足够严
