标题: 求助：关于文章被接受后License to publish form的选择
大家好，我的文章被期刊所接受以后，按照编辑的信件需要填写License to publish form。
其中有一个问题我不太清楚：

Who is the copyright holder
Please identify the Owner of your copyright interests in the Article by selecting from options A–D.
A. I am an Author whose employer does not hold copyright. I am an Owner and hold all or some of the copyright.
B.I am an Australian, Canadian, New Zealand or UK Government employee and contributed to this Article in the course of my duties. The Crown of the respective government is an Owner and holds all or some of the copyright. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the terms and conditions, this licence shall take effect as a non-exclusive licence as it relates to any parts of the Article written in the course of my duties.
C. I am a US Federal Government employee or contractor and contributed to this Article in the course of my duties. My contributions in the Article are not subject to copyright, require no license for publication, and are in the public domain in the United States. The terms and conditions described in this license shall take effect only to the extent permitted by the laws of the United States of America.
D. I am an Author and contributed to this Article in the course of my employment. My Employer is an Owner and holds all or some of the copyright.

我在纠结A和D选项该选择哪个，D选项填完以后还需要填写Owner name and address、Name and title of signing office、Signature of signing officer、Names of Author(s) who are employed by the Owne
至于我本人的身份则是这篇文章的一作，是在校研究生；通讯作者是我的导师。
这是我的第一次投稿，导师那边催得也比较急，缺乏常识的地方请大家多多指点，谢谢。

哪个简单填那个

一般来说期刊出版社会要求版权转让，学校和老师对非涉密文章的版权不会有特别的要求

感谢您的建议。您的意思是指期刊下一步将要求进行版权转让，所以这一步并不重要是吗？只需要简单的来就可以？

你现在填的这个应该就是版权转让协议。

按你的情况应该选A
D的话举个例子，你找了个人帮你跑计算，你在文章中挂了他名字，他帮你投这篇稿件的时候就应该选D。
