ORCA4.2.0在win下报错：
输入文件为：
nprocs=4
maxcore=1000时，报错为：The minimal basis has 131 functions
[file orca_tools/Tool-Linalg/qcrdiag2.cpp, line 2688, Process 0]: Diagonalization failed with error code: -5 !

把nprocs和maxcore均减小为1和200时，出现的错误又如下：
