各位老师好，1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane(1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷)的静态介电常数（the static (or zero-frequency) dielectric constant ）在哪里可以查到？Gaussian里只有

1,1,1-TriChloroEthane: ε=7.0826
1,1,2-TriChloroEthane: ε=7.1937
