请教一个迫切的问题,我有一个水分子,H2O,是pdb格式,想采用gmx pdb2gmx -f water2.pdb -o water2.gro 生成一个top文件,但是一直都做不出top,说“Residue 'OW' not found in residue topology database”,那么我怎么修改rtp文件?
