标题: 求助：将周期性模型xyz文件转化为sdf文件
各位老师好，我想寻求一下将周期性模型的xyz文件转化为sdf文件的脚本，模型原子数小于7000，但是存在周期性结构，请求一下各位老师有没有相应的脚本

Maybe openbabel can do the trick but I don't think you can save the periodic information in the sdf file

没有这种脚本

推荐做法是手动在xyz文件里加入晶胞信息，看下文第2节，然后将改过的xyz文件载入Multiwfn，用主功能100的子功能2导出为cif，然后gview载入cif，保存成sdf
使用Multiwfn非常便利地创建CP2K程序的输入文件

确实，我用openbabel转化过，识别的原子数不全，缺少周期性信息
