标题: 离子液体修饰的壳聚糖在NPT过程中报错？
在做聚合物壳聚糖模拟时，构建出2个模型，一个是未修饰的聚合度为5的壳聚糖，另一个是中间单体接上IL、聚合度为5的壳聚糖。在B3LYP/6-31g(d,p)下进行优化，使用Multiwfn计算RESP2电荷（首尾单体合为0，中间片段为0，IL修饰单体为1（后续乘以0.8）），然后用ztop生成聚合度为10的聚合物CS10-IL。然而Amber力场下后续MD（100个CS10-IL）中在NPT这一步一直报错，减小步长，降低温度都尝试过，依然无法解决。

主要报错信息如下：
WARNING: Listed nonbonded interaction between particles 12877 and 12890 at distance 34274064.000 which is larger than the table limit 2.200 nm；
Warning: Only triclinic boxes with the first vector parallel to the x-axis and the second vector in the xy-plane are supported.
