No line with molecule type 'SOL' found the [molecule] section of file top
但是文件都是由sobtop产生没有问题，在网上也查找了相关解决办法，方法是用dos2unix工具处理拓扑文件。
但是在使用这个工具时，由于本人是利用老师电脑上面的服务器，无法实行这一步骤，所以希望能有大神可以联系一下帮忙用dos2unix处理一下文件。

诸如下一个ultraedit，里面用这个选项转换后保存就完了，和用dos2unix效果一样
