Hello dear researchers,
I have used VMD program to perform the visualization of some organic molecules, and i need the reduce the length of some bonds to a specific value for visualization purposes.
I failed to figure out a solution, and i need some help.

You can modify geometry via Extensions - Modeling - Molefacture
