2025年了，之前不是说Gaussian25和gview7已经要发布了么，这都26年了也没消息啊

蹲蹲，看看高斯啥时候发布新版本。本人斗胆提出几个改进意见：
（1）将“PBE0”关键词设为 PBE1PBE 的同义词，而不是 PBE0-DH 的简称。
（2）结构优化出现四个原子共线的时候，能自动重新生成内坐标，而不是报错“tors failed ...”退出。
（3）遇到用户写 opt=calcall freq 这种关键词，calcall 和 freq 同时出现时自动忽略 freq。
