关于WALL原子的设定问题
目前想研究两种物质对水结冰的影响,所以就建立了如下的模型(下面是冰晶,上面是自由水和研究的物质),并且设置了WALL原子防止周期性边界条件使得冰晶从盒子上方生长,但是计算之后发现,下层的并经出现了融解的情况,不知道是否是墙原子的设置问题?

然后又尝试了另外一种建模形式,想通过冰晶上下分为两个部分,上面为研究物质的影响,下方为纯水的影响,但是发现纯水侧的变化很小,而上方的变化较大,而且上面的物质会进入下方纯水中,不知道是或否也需要设置WALL来隔断,或者设置真空层?
