标题: 蛋白配体复合物体系进行gromacs模拟，如何调整所添加离子的浓度？
各位老师好，之前我有在文献中gromacs计算部分看到如图所示。将钠离子和氯离子的浓度调整为0.15M，来代替水分子

想问一下各位老师，在使用gromacs进行动力学模拟时该如何调整所添加离子的浓度？

Use -conc in gmx genion or calculate yourself and specify the number of ions to get that concentration.

The help message in gromacs is useful when you have questions, e.g. gmx genion -h

老师，那按照文献里调整浓度为0.15 M，是不是写成-conc 0.15就可以了？

so If if I want to add 0.15M NA+,I must use option -conc combined with option -neutral?

so If if only use option -neutral,how can I know the concentration of NA+?
