Normal behavior, nothing wrong there. For the "warning" it is just a reminder from gromacs of how it add the solvent. For the "Back off" gromacs is just telling you it is createing a backup of your old topology after modifying the file.作者Author: sobereva 时间: 2024-7-8 23:04
