我在计算MMPBSA时，提示The atom 72000 in the complex index is not found in the topology file(我用2、3个模型计算都会报相同的错误)。我是将MMPBSA.in文件直接放到了整个模拟的文件夹中，其他文件也没有做更改，为什么会出现这个错误呢？我应该如何修改呢？（我想计算蛋白质和钙离子之间的MMPBSA，由于index文件过大，无法上传，就放了一个截图），谢谢大家！
