I've been looking for the software PETRA (parameter estimation for the treatment of reactivity applications) that used for the calculation of physicochemical effects in molecules, but unfortunately i failed to find it anywhere, and I extremely need it for my work ,. Does anyone possess the software ? If No, is there an alternative of it ?

Which functionalities of PETRA do you want to use ("physicochemical effects" is too vague)? We have to know exactly which functionalities you need, in order to recommend an alternative
