标题: 求助：用布朗运动模拟时报错
大家好，我现在想模拟生物大分子拥挤对蛋白质的影响，因为想调整粘滞系数，在sd里我是减小tau_t去实现这一点，但是调整得不到想要的结果。现在想把sd改成bd，修改以后的mdp文件能生成tpr文件，但是一旦mdrun就会报错，第一步开始就会有很多参数变成nan

mdrun的时候会有一个warning：
WARNING: Listed nonbonded interaction between particles 1 and 315
at distance 4.991 which is larger than the table limit 2.000 nm.

a smaller molecule you are decoupling during a free energy calculation.

同样的文件在sd的时候不会有这个warning，bd的时候就会有，做了能量最小化也没用
在网上没有找到bd的mdp文件，仿照论坛里一个帖子和sd的文件写了一个

请问大家这是什么问题，虽然sob老师之前在帖子里说没有必要不用布朗运动，但是我现在需要验证一下布朗运动下能不能得到想要的结果
