标题: 求助：使用tip4p水模型模拟水合物生成时偶尔出现报错中断怎么办？
最近在用tip4p水模型模拟CO2水合物生成过程中，经常在运行50ns左右出现如下报错：
ERROR on proc 52: TIP4P hydrogen is missing (../pair_lj_cut_tip4p_long.cpp:224)Last command: run 200000000 # 继续运行200ns
Abort(1) on node 52 (rank 52 in comm 0): application called MPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 1) - process 52
模拟in文件与data文件如下，求各位大佬指点，为什么运行开始没问题，总是运行一半中断，万分感谢。
