There is no reason to use paraview to visualize ELF, because VMD is easier to use and the graphical effect in showing isosurface is better. If due to special reason you have to use paraview to visualize ELF, you can use main function 5 of Multiwfn to calculate grid data of ELF, then go to subfunction 2 of main function 100, you will find an option used to export the grid data as .vti file, which can be loaded by Paraview. |
