只要懂英语，就知道这不是报错。不要看到stop就觉得是报错。
程序已经说了Local minimum possible，说明你可能已经找到了一个极小值点，也就是可能成功了。接下来需要做的就是验证你是不是真的成功了，也就是验证你找到的是不是极小值点
