请问文献上这种分子运动轨迹图的横纵坐标是怎么和轨迹画在一起的呢？VMD只能画出运动轨迹路线

使用VMD得到质心的坐标随时间变化之后用很多软件都能画出类似的图吧 origin或者python都可以

get xy coordinates and timestep into e.g. excel
plot xy coordinates in a scatter graph using any plotting software, colored by timestep
