本帖最后由 ultramanm87 于 2025-11-7 11:41 编辑 1. 恒电位我不了解。如果你需要就加着吧。那篇文章里面貌似是水分子,没有离子。我也是发现离子会朝着平板运动,中性分子一般没有问题,你可以测试下。 2. 不是参考的问题,是abacus读取初始磁矩是优先最后的mag 0.0而不是元素下面的那个,你没发现你scf第一步从一个很小的磁矩开始的嘛,因为abacus认为你设的厨师磁矩是0。你要么一个一个把mag 0.0改了,要没直接删除所有的mag 这样元素下面那个统一磁矩就会被识别了 |

本帖最后由 ultramanm87 于 2025-11-7 06:58 编辑 你这有好多问题:1. 你用gamma_only但是明显的晶胞太小,需要扩胞 2. 金属体系smearing_sigma可以再大点 3. 不要用compensate charge (gate)的功能,他是用一个带电平板来达成晶胞内的电荷平衡的,这个带点平板会引起虚假的力导致带电粒子向他靠近,而你应该做的是添加合适的阴离子来平衡Li+。4. 给Ni合适的磁矩初猜能帮助收敛从 5. 建议加上色散校正 你先把scf收敛了再考虑md的事情。 如果你只考虑水溶液中的事情,我更喜欢取消真空层和偶极校正,然后把slab放中间,让两侧都是溶液状态。 |
