自己写脚本或者用awk,给pdb里添加残基名 如果嫌麻烦,直接在VMD里用serial按照原子序号范围选择水就完了,参考下文 VMD里原子选择语句的语法和例子 http://sobereva.com/504(http://bbs.keinsci.com/thread-14267-1-1.html) |
