PBS一直显示排队状态

在单节点上安装torque PBS。
提交任务后一直显示作业处于排队状态。

pnsnodes 显示节点正常运行
     state = free
     power_state = Running


ps aux|grep pbs 显示pbs mom, server sched 也在运行

如果使用qrun 让作业强行跑起来的话，作业马上从状态Q变成状态C，生成的输出文件报错找不到输入文件，并且莫名其妙的把我/etc/profile/里echo的一些内容打印到输出文件里了。


请问怎么样才能让提交的作业跑起来呢？

然后再重启其他的所有的服务。
