各位老师,我用gaussian计算一个500个原子体系的单点能,方法特意选了HF,不算频率,内存和CPU大大小小,或者不指定,各种试,无论在自己服务器还是超算中心算总是出现内存错误,配置的内存应该都是够的,这种情况是为什么呢?请大家帮忙看一下是方法软件不适合这么大体系还是有别的问题呢?S atom may be hypervalent but has no d functions.是什么意思? 有影响吗?谢谢!
