How the hydrogen bond distance is measured ?

Hi everyone
I would like to ask about the hydrogen bond distance measure.? Is the distance considered from the donor to acceptor heavy atoms?
Or just from the hydrogen to acceptor?

Usually, the H-bond distance is defined as the length between donor and acceptor heavy atoms.

I think no general rules here.
People just use their own ways they think more appropriate, and also for different type/kind of HBs, it can be quite different. For example, if the angle is far from 180 deg, the distance from donor to acceptor can be misleading.
