超算上安装Quantum Espresso make all出错提示连接不上网络

解压完qe68后，configurer成功，但是make all时出错了

另，gitlab 运行在谷歌云平台，
你生活的地方，
未必能正常访问谷歌的云平台的。

把需要的所有包全部下载全就能离线安装了，或者不make all 需要什么模块安装什么就好，比如make pw ph这些的。

你好如何把所有包全部下载下来啊，我通过github下载额qe安装包，只有一个包可供下载啊

安装6.7版本，安装路径在home/191311/lsl安装好了。6.7版本没有出现需要下载的错误
