老师好，在投稿的文章中，我按照教程使用molclus进行分子构象搜索，现在审稿人提出：Regarding the semi-empirical method used for the conformational search, it would be helpful to mention whether an energy window was applied.想请问审稿人提到的energy window是什么意思？

就是指你用半经验方法筛选构象时设的threshold, 对应传给isostat的“Eout”参数。
